1. As you know, Article 727 of the Islamic Penal Code enumerates forgivable offenses and stipulates that upon the plaintiff's pardon in forgivable offenses, the court will reduce the offender's punishment or that he will waive his punishment. In such crimes, what will be the decision of the relevant authorities (at different stages)? Write down your documentation and arguments.
2. Mr. A, the official employee of one of the government offices of Helilan district (part of Islamabad Gharb city) is accused of illegally seizing state property. Which court is responsible for investigating his accusation? Why?
3. Pursuant to Article 18 of the Law Amending the Law on the Establishment of Public and Revolutionary Courts, which allows the Chief Justice to rule on the illegitimacy of final judgments, answer in what legal form is this discretion and decision in terms of the rules of procedure? And what effect will it have on the vote and how will the proceedings be conducted after this decision (the proceedings from the time of the decision of the Judiciary until the end of the case) will be answered with citation and argument.
4. What documents is the right of having an advocate is based on, in Iranian law? Answer documented and reasoned.
